Notes, Commentary, Restoration: 
A new item on the Signaling Scene, the LED Countdown Modules not only give you a flashing hand to signify you should not cross but will also count down the time left before the signal stops flashing and is a solid Don't Walk indication.  

Thanks to some contractor overstocks I was able to pick one up at a reasonable price...  Equipped with a Lights to Go T2 controller and placed in an old ICC housing I had this signal is fully functional, counting down from seventeen seconds.
