Notes, Commentary, Restoration:
Obtained directly from Western Germany this is typical of the Vehicular and Pedestrian signals of the region.  The double-red-man configuration is rare though, it is only seen occasionally, either in places with much disobedience or wherein a standard three aspect vehicular signal is retrofitted with pedestrian lenses.  The signal is all plastic but equipped with glass lenses.  The visors are unique, they are thick and cut in a manner reminiscent of early American Tokheim/Darley style visors.
