Notes, Commentary, Restoration: 
This pedestrian head was acquired having never seen the street. Having outlived it's usefulness and being one of those evil worded signs it was downsized at which point I acquired it. It's pretty much standard fare, the only highlights being the single piece Glass lens and egg crate visor becoming more popular with pedestrian signals in lieu of installing an actual hood.
